Hello, World. My name is Kevin and I'm a software developer based in South Wales.
When I get the time, I enjoy a little ride around the mountains, hills and valleys of South Wales. We don't often get the weather for it, nor do I get the time for it as a father of 2.
I enjoy cooking. I have Ulcerative Colitis, so now I'm having to eat all the right foods. Actually, I might blog some my of meals and recipes. It's been a lot of fun cooking cleaner and healthier. I tend to stick to a Mediterranean Diet which is a far cry to what I use to eat.
Above all else, I am a father to a little boy and a little girl who I love very very much. We love going out to the beach, the park, baking and having our bed time stories. Oh oh oh... I'm also a reader my self 👀. So expect a post or too on that.
